    Comments, Additional Information, References

A one and one-half story house on Maunder Rd. has been repaired in many areas. The front wall has smoothed oval stones arranged two rows of red alternating with two rows of gray. Quoins are roughly squared gray limestone, and the window lintels are of the same material. Rows of stones are four per quoin. Stones on the back wall are irregular and rough. The stones and color pattern on the front appears to be like the front wall of But-2 Unknown, which is 5 miles east as the crow flies. Roudabush Survey page 110

Editor's Note: Schmidt states that the structure is on the Onionville Road. Currently no such road exists in the Town of Rose; however, his description matches this structure.
